No. OOReader is a viewer only; file contents cannot be edited or modified.

To ensure 100% rendering accuracy on mobile devices, complex files are temporarily processed via a secure server.

Yes! File transfers occur over encrypted HTTPS connections, and all uploaded files are automatically and immediately deleted from our servers right after processing.

OOReader uses native OS file pickers to access your cloud services safely:

On iOS (iPhone / iPad):

  1. Download your cloud provider's app (e.g., OneDrive) and sign in.
  2. Open the Apple Files app. Tap Browse, tap the More (•••) button at the top right, then tap Edit.
  3. Enable the switch for your cloud drive.
  4. In OOReader, tap + to pick files directly from your cloud drive!

On Android:

  1. Install your cloud service app (e.g., Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive) and log in.
  2. Open OOReader and tap the + button.
  3. Tap the Menu (≡) icon in the top-left of the file picker.
  4. Select your Cloud Provider drive and choose your document.
